Order
No, you can of course also place an order without creating a customer account. Simply select the "order as a guest" option during the ordering process.
Should you change your mind during the ordering process, you have the option at the end to simply create a password and set up an account.

If you have trouble logging in and don't remember your password, you can reset it using the "Forgot password" function. You will only need your email address for this. We will then send you an email with the option to set up a new password.
At aveluene, you can pay by credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. We do not accept any form of installment payment.
With the shipping confirmation email, you will receive shipping information and the corresponding tracking number from us. You can also log into your aveluene.com account at any time and check the shipping status of your goods.
Should you wish to change your order, please email us as soon as possible at shine@aveluene.com. Changes can only be made before shipping.
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible via email at shine@aveluene.com
Custom-made items cannot be canceled.
Return
As many of our jewelry pieces are unique and therefore highly sought after, please contact us as soon as possible, but no later than within the statutory return period of 14 days, by email at retoure@aveluene.com and provide your order number and email address.
If you make use of this option, we will send you an email confirmation of receipt of such a cancellation. In addition, you will receive further instructions from us in another email on how to safely return the item to us. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products, i.e., jewelry pieces that have been specially made, altered, or engraved for you.
Please understand that we must be very strict in our returns inspection to ensure all customers have the opportunity to purchase unworn and as-new jewelry. Therefore, the following guidelines must be observed for returns, in accordance with the GTCs:
- Original packaging and original condition
- Undamaged jewelry box
- Unworn (only tried on)
- Products that are provided with a tag or seal must be returned with the tag or seal and without any alterations. If these are missing or have been compromised, no refund of the purchase price will be issued.
Upon receipt of the returned goods and a positive inspection of the products and delivery components, the purchase price will be refunded shortly.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method and currency as the original purchase. We only refund to the original purchaser and to the account from which the transaction was paid. Payouts to third parties for online purchases are not possible.
Shipping/Delivery Times
These products are personally crafted for you by our jewelers. Many of the stones are unique, and we ensure resource-friendly processing of the precious metals (slight variations may occur as these are natural products).
The safe shipping of your jewelry is very important to us. We securely package the goods and adequately insure them against loss and theft. All orders over €500 require a signature upon delivery. Once you have received the shipment, we are no longer liable. Our goods are high-quality unique items that are checked and documented before shipping. Please check the integrity of the shipment upon receipt. Should you receive goods that you believe have been damaged during delivery, document the situation and contact us at: shine@aveluene.com
We endeavor to send it to you as quickly as possible. This usually takes between 3 – 7 working days, unless otherwise specified for delivery times when ordering.
Yes, for security reasons, we only hand over goods over €300 against a personal signature. Please monitor the delivery time notifications from the shipping company. If the parcel delivery person does not find you, they will leave a message and try again. If repeated delivery attempts are unsuccessful, we will unfortunately have to charge the costs.
All our deliveries come in our exclusive aveluene packaging. Every purchase is a gift, even to yourself. Should you have any special requests, please write to us at shine@aveluene.com and we will do our best to accommodate them.
We currently ship to all EU countries, provided they are not at war, as well as to Switzerland.

Sizes
If you don't know your ring size or the ring size of the person receiving the gift, you can find instructions on how to determine it with our products. Upon request, we will also gladly send you a free ring sizer by mail.
Yes, almost all our jewelers offer ring resizing by one size smaller or larger. The customer bears the costs for insured shipping. Please contact us at shine@aveluene.com if needed.
Please handle your jewelry with care. Many stones, despite their hard nature, can be damaged if they fall, are knocked, or come into contact with aggressive and chemical agents.
We recommend removing your jewelry when washing hands and during intensive activities, such as sports. Please avoid high heat and extreme temperatures.
Please store your jewelry individually in the provided storage options to avoid scratches, etc.
